    Foods That Are Great For You

    Guava- Guava also contains cancer-fighting lycopene. It is also a powerful antioxidant loaded with fiber.

    Green Tea- Contains theanine, a natural relaxant. It helps with weight loss and is a proven cancer fighting agent.

    Kale- Full of potent cancer-fighting substances called indoles. Very low in caloric value

    Flaxseed- Flaxseed oil is one of the only plant sources of omega-3 fats. Also prevents cancer

    Coconut Oil- Saturated fat in coconut is a very healthy kind called MCT (medium chain triglycerides). Natural anti-viral and anti-microbal properties.

    Apples- Have Boron (not moron silly!) a nutrient that helps support strong and healthy bones. An apple with a glass of water is a great natural appetite suppressant. They also contain high levels of fiber

    Sardines- These little fish are full of protein and just plain good for you.

    Yogurt-
    Eating yogurt will cut your chances of getting a cold up to 25 percent.

    Oysters- A natural aphrodisiac, oysters have been the secret to “good lovin’” for sometime now

    Chicken- Believe it or not, chicken is a proven aphrodisiac. Colonel Sanders here I come!
